[one-dev] Querying VM pool from an IM

Hey,

We have a custom IM driver that updates the resources available for a cloud
host, but we need to also take into account running VMs.

Is there an simple mechanism to list all VMs from inside a ruby IM?   I
haven't been able to find a driver that queries ON itself, most call
external scripts - so if there is one somewhere that'd be a good starting
block for me.
