[one-dev] monitor_ds.sh vs monitor script

Hi

monitor script in the datastore_mad is to monitor image datastores, the
monitor_ds.sh is to monitor system datastores.Those are monitored through
the host as they may be local (as ssh datastores) or not accessible through
the front-end.
