[one-dev] Please give write access to addon-shared-lvm-single-lock

Hello,

I would like to create/update the shared-lvm-addon, because clvm/dlm on
ubuntu 14.04 is buggy
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pacemaker/+bug/1397278) and
we do not really need cluster-locks in one.
