[Dev] Welcome to the OpenNebula dev mailinglist

Hello,

We have created a new mailing list called dev where we will discuss
OpenNebula and related tools development. To not have a myriad of
mailing lists we decided to merge it with the ecosystem list. So you
all that were subscribed to the ecosystem list are now in this one.

We hope this move will make contributing and discussing development
matters more straightforward.
