[one-dev] announcing addon plan: shared-lvm-single-lock

Hi!

I think you mixed Nicolas and me up.
Anyway, if you could create the addon addon-shared-lvm-single-lock and the
user mheder for it, that would be great!
I would start committing into it some time in January.
