[one-users] Rubygem creating problem while installing open nebula

What should I do while installing OpenNebula express I'm getting following
msg in install.log

Setting up rubygems (1.3.5-1ubuntu2) ...

- Installing gems
==================================

ERROR:  Could not find a valid gem 'nokogiri' (>= 0) in any repository
ERROR:  While executing gem ... (Gem::RemoteFetcher::FetchError)
    SocketError: getaddrinfo: Name or service not known (
http://rubygems.org/latest_specs.4.8.gz)


Note:- I'm behind a proxy & I've set proxy setting already for apt-get.
