[one-users] ONE tries to create LV of same name

Hi,

ONE on Xen node with LVM and TM_LVM tries to create lv-one--0 which is
already created for the first VM. This restricts me from creating a second
VM.

How can I customize TM_LVM or some scripts to override this.

Please help me.
