[one-users] network issue

hi , after successful boot vm got the ip in range of 30.30.30.30 , 
whereas in dumpxml of vm it mentioned the right one.

<ip address='x.x.x.x'/>
<script path='vif-bridge'/>
<target dev='vif8.0'/>

after setting ip manually the  vm is unpingable ..    the mac address 
format looks ok ?
