[one-users] cannot get the CPU usage information

[cat fa]

The CPU usage information in Dashboard tag of Sunstone is always 0. The
Memory usage is normal. I have patched the file introduced in
http://www.opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.0:acctd_conf .
Is this a bug or I have to do some configuring somewhere?
