[one-users] sunstone conf doesn't honor host ip binding

Hi,

I've noticed that even the default sunstone-server.conf contains:
# Server Configuration
:host: 127.0.0.1
:port: 9869

Sunstone is reachable from everywhere:

$ netstat -putan|grep 9869|grep LIST
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:9869            0.0.0.0:*
LISTEN      12284/ruby

(Using ON 3.0)
