[one-users] Dynamic resource reallocation

Hello,

Is it possible to dynamically reallocate resources of a VM?

I couldn't find this option on the cloud API documentation. The only place
I've read about allocating memory and CPU is in the template configuration,
but this is performed offline.

I know most hypervisors allow dynamic virtual machine configuration, so I
guess it is possible to do this in OpenNebula.
