I failed to create host using the onehost command in the front-end by
onehost create vm1 im_kvm vmm_kvm tm_ssh.
The state of the host is error. I got error message in Suntone as
MONITOR FAILURE 1 Error executing kvm.rb
I knew kvm.rb was copied from the front-end to the host. So I went to
kvm.rb in the host and executed that script, the errors were as follow.
error: unable to connect to '/var/run/libvirt/libvirt-sock' , libvirtd may
need to be started: No such file or directory
error: failed to connect to the hypervisor
The version of libvirtd in Ubuntu 11.10 is 0.9.2. I have ready added
oneadmin to kvm and libvirtd group. I also changed the user and group
in /etc/libvirt/qemu.conf
to oneadmin.
Once, I successfully set up Opennebula3.0 on Ubuntu 10.04 with its Debian
package.
I wonder whether this is related to compatibility? So is it possible to set
up Opennebula3.0 cluster on Ubuntu 11.10?
