[one-users] OCCI Server 0.3

Hi all,

Could you please provide further details about the installation of OCCI
Server 0.3 on top of OpenNebula 3.

Especially for the last two steps of the wiki :

> 6.)Change the configuration in etc/occi-server.conf
> 7.) Run the OCCI server with

The gems were successfully installed but I'm simply getting :

*passenger :command not found*
