[one-users] Opennebula: template network boot issue.

Hello,

When you get this error in logs:

up.: Connection refused

you have to check libvirt/kvm logs. Go to the execution host and check
/var/log/libvirt/qemu/one-<vmid>.log. Hopefully there is more
information.
