[one-users] Recover vm from wrong state pitfall

Hi Jonathan,

Livemigrate is not supported for for VMware, you need the vMotion
service, which is not free.

OpenNebula VMs currently rend their lifecycle when they hit the "DONE"
state, although it is in our roadmap to provide a more powerfull
restart option.
