[one-users] vm still in pending state problem

Hi Fred,
I did a system wide installation, so it resides in,
/var/log/one/
but the log files are empty, my case it is 12.log which is empty.
Also, # onevm show 12 gives the below output, No logs are written.
# onevm show 12
