[one-users] timeout on onevm shutdown

Hi,
I am facing error on vm shutdown.

Could you explain the difference between stop and shutdown?

My VM is successfully started but when I want to stop it (onevm 
shutdown) , it fails with a timeout (I see for a moment the shutdown 
status then it goes back to runn).
However, delete works fine.

In the logs I see:
