[one-users] CPU values for KVM in 2.0beta1

Hello,
All cpu values are percents (number of cpus*100) except for CPU value
in VM templates. 800 total CPU value means that it has 8 CPUs.
VCPU value is supported in KVM. I you want a 2 cpu VM you will have to
specify this in the template:

CPU=2
VCPU=2
------>8--
