[one-users] Getting authenticating errors!!!

Hi,

 

I have install nebula in /opt/ as root user "install.sh -d /opt/oneN"

 

Now I starting /opt/oneN/bin/one start

 

And getting this error.

 

#/opt/oneN/bin/oneuser list

Error: [UserPoolInfo] User couldn't be authenticated, aborting call.

 

Not able to run any command Pls help
