[one-users] Problems compiling under CentOS 5 x86_64

Yeah...nevermind. I don't know why I thought the i386 rpm would be ok. I 
grabbed the srpm from 
http://centos.karan.org/el5/extras/testing/SRPMS/xmlrpc-c-1.06.18-1.el5.kb.src.rpm 
rebuilt it and installed. When I issue 'scons' now it works without a hitch.
