[one-users] deploying VM failed

Hello,

Try executing that command from the frontend using ssh:

--8<------
$ ssh -n <cluster_host> sudo /usr/sbin/xm create /local/one_images/8/ 
images/deployment.0
------>8--

Perhaps the sudoers file on your cluster node is configured to work  
only when you are logged into the machine with a shell:

--8<------
defaults requiretty
------>8--

If that is the case comment that line and try executing that with ssh  
again, it should work.
