[one-users] libxmlrpc_client++.so.3: cannot open shared object file

Hi, I am using OpenNebula for my rearch work, My OS is RedHat Server 5 with
Kernel 2.6.18, When I start to run "one start", There comes the error
message which seems like below, is it the reason that the libxmlrpc-c
package is not installed correctly? I installed it from source
package(xmlrpc-1.06.tgz)(1.06.10) in /usr/local/     Any suggestion?
